As a candidate choosing how you go about finding your new position can be confusing and extremely time consuming. My role is to make things easy for you, to allow you to carry on with your daily life confident in the knowledge that you have a recruitment expert working on your behalf who will keep in touch with you regularly and provide comprehensive feedback.
As a Recruiter it is important that I understand your motivations for looking for a new role. It is equally important that I understand how you tick, what you enjoy in your working day and will look for in a future positions and also what you would prefer to leave behind in a list of new responsibilities.
When working with you as a candidate I will look to meet face to face if possible (geography permitting) and at the very least will spend time on the phone, carrying out an informal interview and agreeing a process for moving forward with your job search.
I will provide feedback on your CV, suggest improvements and tweaks where appropriate and when it comes to interviews will provide guidance and advice on the approach to take as well as background information on the interviewer(s) and company involved.
