Over the course of my career I have worked with a wide variety of clients in a number of sectors and have recruited roles from graduate entry up to Board level. I have been retained on multiple occasions, have run advertised campaigns on behalf of clients and have conducted numerous headhunt assignments.

As an independent Recruiter with low overheads and a clear focus on quality over quantity I believe that I am extremely well placed to help you with your ongoing recruitment.

Experience has taught me that communication is key and that as a client you are looking for straight forward, honest dialogue with your Recruiter. You want to understand what is realistic in terms of timescales for filling a position, you only want to be presented with suitably vetted candidates with a genuine interest in your company and vacant position and you want to pay a fair not inflated price for this service.

I focus on working with candidates that have not uploaded their CV onto every job board out there but rather are open to being kept informed of new opportunities and are “passively looking”. These are candidates that Talent Acquisition teams and Internal Recruiters frequently do not have the time to source and this is where I can add value to your business.
